Hiring for a Senior Business Analyst to support and optimise its Financial ERP landscape, with a core focus on Oracle NetSuite and finance systems automation.

This role partners closely with global finance teams to improve workflows, enhance reporting, support month end operations, and ensure systems scale in line with business growth while remaining fully SOX compliant.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for finance system queries and month end support
• Gather and document requirements through BRD and FRD ownership
• Design and optimise NetSuite workflows, saved searches, and financial reporting
• Identify and remediate manual processes and technical debt through automation
• Support system enhancements across NetSuite and associated finance applications
• Partner with accounting teams to improve system driven workflows
• Lead UAT, rollout, training, and change management activities
• Maintain strict adherence to audit and change control standards
• Support integration and reconciliation between CRM and financial systems

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years experience supporting ERP or finance systems in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst capacity
• Strong hands on experience with Oracle NetSuite financial modules
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes such as GL, AP, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Treasury
• Experience working in environments where Salesforce integrates with finance systems
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions
• Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and training experience
• Experience operating in SOX controlled environments
